Before your first cut
Supported compressed streams are copied into the output instead of being encoded again. Start points may align to an earlier keyframe. Frame-exact starts are not guaranteed with stream copy, so review the exported clip when precise timing matters.
Common containers include MP4, MOV, MKV and WebM. Preview, audio and export compatibility depend on the codecs, selected streams and output container. Not every format combination is supported.
Selected media is processed locally on your computer. Settings, project information and export reports are stored locally. Read the privacy policy for details.
